Returns
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from MaximaCraft. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Not be custom-made, personalised, or specially ordered items.

Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
You must inform us of your decision to cancel within this period. Once cancellation has been requested, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items or receiving evidence that they have been sent back.
Return Postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Beads and Craft Supplies
Due to the nature of bead and craft products, opened or partially used packs may not be eligible for return unless the items are faulty, damaged, or supplied in error. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that it may take several working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Special-order products
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
